We will accept a maximum of 191 entries from 20 countries. Slots are allocated per country according to the table bellow. There are 4 new countries this year (Finland, Lithuania, Norway and New Zealand), they get 1 slot each. For other countries, number of slots is calculated in proportion to the count of registered teams by each national authority. Wild cards slots includes the first three teams from 2009 Championship.
